Ultraviolet rays and bad weather can create large cracks in your pavement. These large cracks cannot be repaired with Seal Coat. Due to the width and depth of these surface voids, they first need to be cleaned out with compressed air. Once these cracks are properly cleaned, they are then filled with a hot rubberized asphalt. When this process is complete, we recommend the application of the Seal Coat to the entire surface.
